Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can cancel at any time within 7 days of signing up, but after the 7-day cancellation period, you must commit to one full year of the membership. Why? Because the foundations of the membership build on one another, and it takes 12 months to complete.
If I don’t want to renew my membership after the 12 months, how do I cancel?
To cancel your membership and avoid renewal after 12 months, simply send us an email at membership@takethenextcall.com. Please make sure to notify us at least 30 days in advance of your next billing renewal date.
Can my board or leadership team join as well?
Of course! When you sign up for the All Access Membership, you can add 3 leaders to your membership team.
